HOW TO REGISTER?
Please complete the enrolment form and return it by e-mail. We will confirm your registration by post to your home address. Last minute bookings will be confirmed by e-mail.
After having received our confirmation you should send a deposit of 90 € (EURO) by international postal order to our address in Barcelona or by bank transfer to our account.
The remainder of the course fee is to be paid at the beginning of the course at school.
When sending the deposit please include your full name and the date and type of course you are registered for. Without paying the deposit we cannot guarantee your reservation.
As we have only a limited capacity we recommend that you register at least 4 weeks in advance. Of course it is always possible to make a reservation at short notice, as long as there are still vacancies.
You may cancel your registration at any time before the commencement of the course. The following conditions apply:
- up to three weeks before the course starts we charge a fee of 45 € of the deposit
- if the cancellation is made after that your deposit will not be reimbursed
- no cancellations can be made after the course has begun, and no refunds will be given if you choose to leave before the end of the course
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and are only effective from the day of receipt. Since mail to Spain can take some time you can also contact us via fax or email.
